Global Information Security Director, Sony Electronics
After graduating at UC Berkeley worked in Computer Aided Design Tool Development for semiconductor design and joined Sony Corp. in Japan. Later on moved to the business side and got an MBA at INSEAD. Held roles in marketing management, marketing communication, product management and ecommerce management for Sony brand and OEM products in Europe. Finally moved to risk management by assuming first the role of European Privacy Officer and more than 10 years ago started managing information security for Sony Europe.
In 2014 took over global responsibility for information security at Sony Electronics outside Japan. Moved to Singapore in 2015 to be closer to the main activity areas of Sony Electronics.
Yajas Arvind Setlur
Associate, J. Sagar Associates
Yajas is a member of JSA’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice. In this capacity, he advises clients extensively on various aspects of Indian information technology, data privacy, intellectual property and e-commerce laws.
Yajas has assisted multinational clients in the local launch of global product initiatives and technology based service offerings. He has counselled clients on Indian payment system regulations and foreign exchange laws, including regulations pertaining to pre-paid payment instruments, peer-to-peer fund transfer solutions and crypto-currencies.
Yajas has substantial experience in advising clients on aspects of data privacy and information security. As a member of JSA’s cyber incident response team, he has assisted clients in responding to data breaches, cyber security incidents and IP theft.

Sudarshan Sivaperumal is a Security Solution Architect for APCJ at F5 Networks. With vast experience in the Information Security space, Sudarshan is responsible for driving customer adoption of F5’s Security portfolio.
Sudarshan has close 19 years of experience in the Information Technology arena, the last 16 years he focused on Information Security across Banking and Financial Services, Technology and Enterprise sectors. Sudarshan holds a Bachelor degree in Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology. He is also a CISA and CISSP.
Mark JohnSton

Mark is the Cloud Security Specialist JAPAC for Google Cloud Platform. He has over 17 years of security domain expertise across Financial, Government and Telco industries.
Mark is a passionate security advocate and co-author for a patent in “Providing Application Specific Threat Metrics” focused on mobile device security and correlation of user behavior.
Prior to Google Mark spent 8 Years at IBM where he developed the IBM Enterprise Security Maturity Workshop now conducted at over 150 clients worldwide, he also led the APAC Security Tiger Team.
Mark believes cloud offers control, standardization and visibility of infrastructure and data, it provides opportunities to improve, leverage and simplify the security operational environment while increasing security capability.
Originally from Melbourne, Mark has been based in Singapore since 2014

Ronen Yehoshua

Ronen Yehoshua, co-founder and CEO of Morphisec, has over 20 years of technology management and venture capital experience.
Prior to Morphisec, Ronen was a partner at Cedar Fund, an international venture capital firm with over $325M under management. In this strategic, hands-on role, he led investments and resided on the boards of several companies in seed and growth stage.
Before that, Ronen held key leadership positions in managing, investing, and collaborating with start-up companies and cutting-edge innovations in software and telecom.
Michael F. Montoya

As the Asia Chief Cybersecurity Officer for the Microsoft Enterprise Cybersecurity Group, Michael is a leader of Microsoft’s initiatives and operations to provide thought leadership, strategic direction on the development of Microsoft security products and services, and deep customer and partner engagement across Asia. Michael re-joined Microsoft in 2016 as an experienced information security executive bringing more than 20 years of enterprise IT support and leadership.
Michael was Vice President of Cloud and Engineering with Fireeye, where he was responsible for developing and operating the cloud services for Fireeye’s threat intelligence backbone (DTI) and cloud services of Threat Analytics Platform (TAP), Email Threat Prevention (ETP), Mobile Threat Platform (MTP), Cloud Endpoint Security (Helix) and CloudMVX. Prior to his role at Fireeye, Michael was the Deputy Chief Information Officer at EMC where he was responsible for their Cloud First platform, and Infrastructure and Security Operations bringing cloud adoption best practices to a $20 Billion USD enterprise for virtualization, cloud adoption and security resulting in CIO100 industry recognitions.
In Michael’s previous role with Microsoft, he held a number of IT leadership roles including Asia Regional Chief Information Officer and leader of Microsoft’s Global Hosting organization responsible for managing all Internet Datacenter architecture and operations. Michael helped lead Microsoft to expand into the Asia region during a time of incredible growth helping establish global delivery in China and India, as well as, expand IT infrastructure across all the regions in Asia. Michael also was a founder of Microsoft’s Global Hosting Strategy which is now Azure. Under his leadership, Michael helped design and operate Microsoft’s initial 7 datacenters to support the growth in MSN properties, Microsoft.com, WindowsUpdate, Hotmail and the secure extranet to support a business partner network. Michael led the team to industry leading support models, service level agreements and security and operation innovations to support a globally secure and distributed serviceoriented architecture.
Michael has established himself as a recognized innovative IT leader and serves as an advisor to several security and IT startups and venture capital firms. Michael earned a dual degree from the University of New Mexico.
Greg Singh
Technical Director, APAC, Skybox Security
Greg Singh is a 20+ year Information Technology veteran with more than 15 of those dedicated to Information Security. Greg has held positions with Technology Vendors, Service-Providers, Systems Integrators and End-User Organisations in predominantly technical leadership and evangelism roles.
Today, Greg is a recognised Subject Matter Expert in Cyber Crime, Vulnerabilities, Malicious Code and Exploits that sees him speaking about both the techniques used by the perpetrators as well as mitigation strategies that can employed to defend such attacks.
Today, Greg works for Skybox Security as their Technical Director APAC, a primarily outward facing role for the organisation encompassing a wide gamut of customer facing activities including technology evangelism and pre-sales activities. Previously Greg has held various roles with vendors Cylance, Splunk, QuintessenceLabs, Blue Coat & RSA and service providers Optus, AAPT and British Telecom.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Wollongong.
